He has finished the Agricultural Academy in Warsaw obtaining a degree of Master of Science on water melioration with specialization peat science . He has started to work in the IMUZ in 1967 , at the beginning in the Department of Peat Land Utilization and next in the Department of Melioration and Exploitation. He occupies the present appointment, that means, Post for Industrial Property Protection and Technical Approvals, since 1992.
