She has finished the Agricultural Academy in Warsaw obtaining a degree of Master of Science on water melioration. After studying she has worked at business companies for a few years, where she had gained her marketing practice. 
She has started to work at the IMUZ at Falenty in 1993 as an Assistant in the Soil Water Department (at present: the Department of Regional Studies for Development of Rural Areas)
In 1997, after public defense of doctor's thesis entitled: " Using of water in subirrigation systems" , she has obtained a degree of a doctor for agricultural sciences in a range of an environment shaping. In the same year she was appointed to an Adjunct. 
In the years 2000 - 2001 she was working in the Department of Nature Protection in Rural Areas. 
She manages the Promotion and Marketing Section since September, 2001.  
Since August, 2002 parallel she performs a function of the Executive Director of the High School of Enterprise and Regional Development.
